Vienna – the City of Music. I am not just talking about Ultravox or Billy Joel songs either. This city is well know for being, at various points, the home of Beethoven, Brahms, Haydn, Mahler, Mozart, Schoenberg, Schubert and both Strauss the younger and elder. But even if classical music is not your thing, this city bleeds culture. From its galleries and museums, to palaces and churches – this is one classy city with a lot of pedigree. And if all else fails, it is a great place to drink and eat a lot of sweet things.
So what is on the list of things to do in Vienna?

Vienna’s coffeehouses: Experience the city’s famous coffeehouse culture by relaxing in one of Vienna’s traditional coffee houses, such as Café Central or Café Sperl, and savoring a slice of Sachertorte or Apfelstrudel.
Satisfy your sweet tooth in Demel: If Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory had any sort of equivalent, it would be Demel. Established in 1786, this pastry shop/bakery/chocolaterie is truly somewhere special. This former favourite of the Habsburg Royal family is famous for its Sacher Torte and Kaiserschmarrn. Believe me, its worth paying to find out what they are.
